Thanks for visiting my website! I am an Assistant Professor (Lecturer) in the Discipline of Finance at the University of Sydney. I received my PhD in Finance from the University of Zurich and the Swiss Finance Institute.
My research focuses on questions in banking and corporate finance, with topics primarily in environmental, social, and climate finance. I apply empirical methods to study: (i) the impact of climate risks on lending decisions, firms’ financing and investment choices, and (ii) the role of financial intermediaries and bank finance in facilitating the transition to environmentally and socially sustainable economies.
